If you are not happy within 7 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 2,000 words, we will refund you in full. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.

How to request a refund

Email hello@gethumanizely.com from the address on your account with the subject "Refund". We process approved refunds within 5 business days; the money returns to your original payment method. hello@gethumanizely.com

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Renewals

The 7-day guarantee covers your first payment. Renewal charges are not refundable, but you can cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal.
